i faced the reality to see the ugly side of the big city which people are so proud of . behind the urbanization of kuala lumpur , there live a group of society which is unknowingly surviving their days and nights with unexpected things to happen in their future . don't know what to do , don't know where to go , don't know how to have better future are what mingling in their mind . being chased by DBKL for the reason of drug addiction , then if the urine test is fine then they shall continue their life as previous either on the street , under the bridge , in the canal or anywhere is what makes me frustrated . why on earth this people just know to catch them for the sake of their job to abolish drug addiction yet never for the sake of helping this human being to have a better life ? to ensure we have zero homeless is almost impossible but we should put the effort to help and reduce them .
it is totally not a good idea to be proud of the development of the country but the people of the country itself are not well developed . the homeless are being abandoned yet people just know how to judge , how to feel ugly about them , how to insult them but never know how to help them .
it was so sad and frustrated to know from the committee of 1Charity who are used to do charity to help this bunch of people that the homeless easily get food from the christians, the church . yet 80% of the homeless are Muslims ! where goes the wealthy healthy Muslims ? the leaders and the politicians ? the businessman ? the dato and datin ? where do they spend their money ?
again it is so ugly to see people are proud of the wealth they have yet they can hardly find solution to help the people around them . i'm writing this to also remind myself . let us open our eyes . step out from our comfort zone and look out for the reality . create the responsibility towards the society . we live on this world is to serve and help others . it is a must to always remember that , because in akhirah we will be asked what did we do for the betterment of ummah ? in shaa Allah , let us change the ugliness .
